Housed right next to St. John’s Gate, the English library moved next to the second medieval gate, the Puycharraud Gate, in a beautiful setting of old stones.
The view through the archway below shows where the library is located, this is a secluded spot off of Rue du Portail. The street is an old cobbled route which now only has pedestrian access and is on the outer edge of the central core of the town.
